I think it was your suggestion that had me try this - it was buggy Mesa drivers in the 43 release.
I still think the same, too. Your friend didn’t have the issue on Fedora 43 because Fedora was already on 25.3.4. I’m happy your problem is fixed. Happy mid-airing my friend
