I had the same issue today after I rebooted. I rolled back immediately and everything is ok again.

In my colleague’s case, the Aurora installation was completed only 3 days ago. Would it still be possible to revert to base 41?

Oh, I am on F42 so IDK the answer to your question. Why did you install the base 41 image? Didn’t even know you can do that. Where did you download the ISO? I recommend downloading the latest Aurora ISO and reinstall your system. Then use ujust to switch to DX.

F41 is long dead on Aurora. Dont even know how you managed to install an F41 version unless you had an very very old ISO stashed somewhere

Apparently the combination of disabling the media player icon and updating Aurora this weekend, which updated Plasma to 6.4.5, solved the problem. I’ll wait until tomorrow to ensure it’s 100% working, if it is, I’ll mark this discussion as concluded. Thanks in advance to everyone.

Problem solved! Thanks everyone. :white_check_mark:
