Pegasus frontend Issue launching in Steam library

I can browse the game when I launch it directly on the desktop, but I cannot see the game when I add Pegasus-frontend to the steam library and then launch it.

Error problem, roms with Chinese names are not supported

In desktop mode, you can read ROMs with Chinese names.
