Nix installation is gone after getting Fedora 42

I’m trying GitHub - DavHau/nix-portable: Nix - Static, Permissionless, Installation-free, Pre-configured

I swiftly hit error: setting up a private mount namespace: Operation not permitted

➜  nix run nixpkgs#hello
errorsetting up a private mount namespace: Operation not permitted

However, the NP_RUNTIME=bwrap or proot works fine:

➜  NP_RUNTIME=bwrap nix-portable nix run nixpkgs#hello
Hello, world!
