Need to install a Tuxedo repo

hi, noobie here.
I’d like to setup an older Tuxedo notebook and need their driver for the fan (and the keyboard). I tried their recipe but get a permission error when tryin to install it. I wonder if one can install this repo / import the key. I can’t overcome the error whendoing thi step

sudo rpm --import /path/to/directory/0x54840598.pub.asc`
