Is it safe to run an AMD card on NVIDIA-based Universal Blue images?

Free at LAST! :wink: No more NVIDIA card and dealing with container builds trying to synchronize akmods between zfs and NVIDIA at the same time lol (one more shout out to the Universal blue team that has to do that with ALL of their images..much appreciation for their hard work!).

I can’t think of any reason why there would be any problems, but until I build an image without the NVIDIA modules, is there any issue running an AMD card on the NVIDIA universal blue images (Aurora, Bluefin, uCore, etc)?

I figure once I get my shiny new 9060XT 16GB in my system, I’ll just boot it up with the current image (which is an NVIDIA one) first.

Nope, you can run nvidia image totally fine with AMD GPU as the AMD drivers are in the kernel
