Sorry if this is explained in the documentation somewhere. I noticed that in the administration section of the documentation, it mentions that Flatpaks are upgraded regularly.
Is homebrew updated, and its packages upgraded regularly-- or do I need to do this? Thank you.
Yes it’s included, and additionally brew also checks for upgrades when you install a new package. I’ll clarify that in the docs, thanks!
Huh I’m unable to find the system timer for homebrew, @tulilirockz can you refresh my memory? I think uupd is going to handle this.
(We’re in the middle of redoing our update services)
EDIT: yeah uupd in bluefin:lts defaults to 6h, which is what we want, we can fix this when we switch Bluefin to uupd.
