I just installed Bazzite on my Legion Go S, and it’s incredible, except one hideously annoying problem: Even though my global Compatibility setting is specifying Proton 10.0-4, no games will launch unless I manually specify a Proton version in that game’s individual settings. The global Proton setting is being completely ignored.
Any suggestions on fixing this?

I had this issue when either going from Aurora to Bazzite or swapping between amd/Nvidia. Sorry I can’t remember specifics but generally a “reset” of the system fixed it. I did all the just commands that cleaned the system (without data deletion). So clean-system, cleaning the rpm-ostree, verify-image, fix-reset-steam, and making sure the Steam flatpak data was cleaned up.
It’s a fresh install that’s giving me the trouble
