One thing that’s been driving me nuts is the Y3 button on Legion Go, which is the button that sits on the back of the right controller. I accidentally push it constantly, and this results in Bazzite constantly opening the HHD side menu, which can end up getting me killed in a game I’m playing or something. How can I disable this overlay menu altogether? I set all the shortcuts to disabled, yet it keeps coming up anyway.

I am having the same issue. I have disabled all shortcuts in HHD and Steam but the Y1 and Y3 buttons are still doing their own thing.
This is a total dealbreaker and keeps getting me killed in games.
Please let me know if anyone figures out how to disable the back button shortcuts.
I found the solution. This setting is in Handheld Daemon (HHD) under Controller, Extra buttons as: Keyboard/Overlay. Set this to disabled.
I think these menus could be a bit more descriptive.
