Right now when we have announcements we sometimes do and sometimes don’t have graphics to go along with them. For the announcement itself it’s not a big deal, but having a graphic attached to social media posts helps a ton to get attention and help circulate the news. If we can get nice looking graphics for major announcements (which would be determined by the maintainers), that would level up our outreach. As it stands we’re doing ok, but having graphics would be great for more emphasis.
If you’re interested in helping us in this area, reach out in the replies. If you have some previous experience making graphics or a portfolio to share that would be cool to see as well, but this isn’t like an application process or anything so serious.
