Panda Wireless Driver works on Fedora proper, but not on Aurora

### Describe the bug Panda Wireless isn't recognized in Aurora DX after install…ation. BUT - if you are installing it - the installer recognizes it because I was able to configure the wireless connection using the installer. After install - not recognized. "new" but related to this after new info: https://github.com/ublue-os/bluefin/issues/1167#issuecomment-2101797354 ### What did you expect to happen?
