Equalizer?

Is anybody using a system-wide EQ or something with PulseAudio on Aurora? Any suggestions?

I used Easy Effects for a while as an equalizer. Did the job just fine. It also has effects for all input and output devices. Being the less-is-more type I am, ended up uninstalling it in the end. Still a wonderful program for the purpose. Other than that I know of JamesDSP and PulseEffects. One of the three should fill your needs.

Thanks, Inffy. I got confused when checking some things, but then I tried a different way to see and saw:

➜  pactl info | grep -E '^Server Name'
     9: Server Name: PulseAudio (on PipeWire 1.4.10)

I guess there is a compatibility layer in PipeWire for PulseAudio. I should have just checked systemctl to see what services are running, as that shows PipeWire (and the compatibility service pipewire-pulseaudio). :wink:
