Hi, sometimes I need internet on the go for my laptop but I am afraid that a 6 GB image download might make big dent into my mobile data. Do the bluefin updates respect the setting that you can set in Gnome Settings?
Not sure about the low data mode, so I can’t really answer that question.
But to let you know, there is a ujust toggle-updates where you can disable/enable automatic updates. So you can use that in the meantime to be sure you dont get automatic updates while on your mobile connection.
After some digging, it does seems to have support for it, but I never used it.
It seems to respect this tickbox
When enabled in the config /etc/ublue-update/ublue-update.toml network_not_metered = true is set. Which should be enabled by default on bluefin, but you can check the config file to be sure.
