Is it normal to lose some battery while in sleep mode? And is there any chances of getting a hibernation mode on bazzite for the ally?

We lost power saving with loss of proper hibernation support,
Yes that’s normal. Sleep still has to power the RAM.
Hibernation may come in the future.
