Battery charge limit problem

Hi there, just installed bluefin and so far loving the experience.
My laptop won’t charge beyond 79%, it’s a 57wh battery with an actual capacity of 50.32 wh.
It’s a Thinkpad E14 Gen 5 AMD Ryzen 5.
I have 2 SSD, one contains bluefin and the other WIN11.
I have checked in WIn11 with the vantage software that my battery capacity isn’t limited there and also on the bios.
I am aware TLP had the ability to limit charging capacity, but i have since learned fedora uses tuneD which as far as i understood doesn’t have this capabilities.
I also don’t know if the battery is charging at full capacity but if it is a mistake on how bluefin is dispplaying the information.
I would appreciate some help, thank you very much in advance.

This feature was recently added to gnome.
I googled around and found this:
