Automatic brightness option is greyed out on my Lenovo Legion Go 2

Hello everyone,

I’m using BazziteOS on my Lenovo Legion Go 2 handheld.

I noticed that the “Automatic brightness” option in the display settings is greyed out — I can’t enable it.

I’ve already checked the following:

  • Ambient light sensor works correctly under Windows.

  • I’m running the latest BazziteOS version.

  • BIOS settings are default.

Is there any known issue with the light sensor on BazziteOS for handheld devices?

Or do I need to enable any specific driver, kernel module, or permission to make it work?

Any help would be really appreciated.
