Can you explain how did you remove it? If you used sudo rpm-ostree remove and you have nothing else layered with this method ( you can check with sudo rpm-ostree status) then you can just sudo rpm-ostree reset and everything will go back to stock regarding the OS layering process. You wont lose anything as this process does not touch anything you care about it only entails the OS part of bazzite and not your home folder.
