What does SecAdvisories in rpm-ostree status mean?

Yesterday, my Bluefin-DX automatically upgraded in the background.
After a reboot my Bluetooth has been disabled. I got it back by booting to a pinned version 38.20240331.0.

I run rpm-ostree status, and I get this message:

What does this message mean?
