Suspend-then-hibernate on Aurora (Fraework 13)

Hi all!

I’d love to setup suspend-then-hibernate on Framework 13 running Aurora 42. I followed the instructions layed out here, but due to Aurora being immutable I can’t edit the /etc/systemd/logind.conf or add the sleep.conf.
I tried to find the answer within these forums, but failed. This might be due to me being a bigger newb then I want to be  If anyone could help, either by providing an answer or by pointing me to the right thread, it would be highly appreciated.
Thank you!

That configuration is not supported (and propably won’t work with secure boot).

Hi there,

It’s correct that the setup is not supported, and that it doesn’t work with secure boot - but it does work (I use it every day).

Whilst much of bluefin, and presumably aurora, is immutable, /etc is not (see Frequently Asked Questions | Bluefin).

You should be able to follow most of the instructions in the linked post, although some of them relate specifically to gnome settings and not KDE.

To edit files in /etc/ you’ll need to use sudo.
