I’m looking for any directions to enable LDAP authentication to my workstation, instead of local auth.
If I’ll configure it manually, will upgrade process still be able to upgrade kernel and do release-upgrade ?
The usual Fedora instructions should just work (but I must be getting old because I can’t seem to find the Fedora documentation with instructions on how to set this up).
If we’re missing any packages we can add them as we want to make sure LDAP and AD support works out of the box. Unfortunately no one on the dev team has a setup like this, so help and testing in this area is always appreciated!
