Hello,
I’m having a serious graphical issue when it comes to playing some Sega games, and with as much troubleshooting I could do (change graphical settings, proton settings, resetting/rebasing Bazzite) I’ve come to the conclusion that it might be a driver issue, but I’m not knowledgable enough to know for sure.
This is also an issue that is exclusively replicated on the bazzite machine in my household, as my Steam Deck on SteamOS are able to display these games properly.
In Shadow Generations, Doom Eye is invisible and there are other effects in the level that do not load.
In Persona 3 Reload, the menu does not load right with no music too, and entering the game gives a very dark glitches First person view.
And in Sonic Frontiers, the first enemies you see on Chronos Island are invisible, but still defeatable (I don’t have a photo of this)
Unfortunately, Proton Hopping doesn’t solve these issues and I’m hoping if there’s another way to fix these or to know if it’s beyond my abilities.
