Flatpacks backups?

I’m using Picka Backup to do a /Home backups, Is there any way to do all installed flatpacks backups as well. Where are there in the system ?

So these are the locations to save and restore and would work again?

Hiw do they don’t on these images then?

Why flatpacks don’t have one folder / one location but there are in so many or that some of their user data?
