tried installing steam from rpm-ostree but missing dependency error and if I try to install flatpak, it will not launch. Tried to rebase to bazzite instead and it will not install as selinux stops bazzite from installing. Just a heads up for everyone. I don’t have an issue waiting for things to stabilize.
The rpm-ostree error is the libatomic is version 9 and it wants 11
What is the output that you get on the terminal, when you run
flatpak run com.valvesoftware.Steam
thanks for the advice. I had to uncheck for steam to use the host in flatseal. It started fine then. Still wont install from ostree, but thats just a library file error. to be expected with a beta. one of the librarys were updated with todays update. Just happy that I can now use the flatpak for now.
