Bootc critical errors

Just ran my daily check using bootc (sudo bootc upgrade) and I got the following error:

Is it stuck there or does a prompt come back?

The prompt does come back.

Happened again this morning.

Does the update apply? Like if you reboot does it go into the right image?

Yes. It appears to have applied. It just drops those disconcerting errors during the process. I suspect it’s the bit of code that lists the changes.
