I experience this same issue (as OP, I’m pretty sure some of the other posts are for completely different issues) fairly frequently as well on KDE - it happens often when just web browsing or such, not just in games. Nothing in the System Monitor seems unusual (CPU or RAM usage) when it happens.
Specifically, I am running bazzite-asus-nvidia-open on an ASUS Zephyrus G14 GA403.
I have only started using Bazzite on my machine since the Bazzite 41 release, and it’s had this issue the entire time I’ve used it.
This problem (Mouse Stutter) is now happening to me using Dolphin and just in general moving about on the screens (Monitor + TV), I have a fresh install, all AMD PC, Ryzen 5200C. Any idea what to do yet?
In Game (ESO + FalloutNV), I use XBOX Controller with no issues at all.
