Using bluetooth, every time I pause audio/video in any app, and come back a minute later, the volume has set itself up to 93%. Every time I boot, it does the same thing. Nothing in the audio section of the settings is at 93%. I found something about pactl sink online, but couldn’t get that to do anything. I have to lower the volume all the time. Why would anybody make a thing that changed the volume on its own, ever. I don’t see how that would happen.
