LADV Scheduler in Bazzite's :testing Branch

Call for testing!

This is a brand new sched_ext scheduler that is backed by Valve. Steam Deck hardware has it on by default, and other handheld PCs can enable it via “Custom Scheduler” in HHD under the Energy Management setting.

Desktop users can use this command to run it:

sudo scx_lavd

Leave the terminal running in the background to play with this.

If you want to swap to the :testing branch to test the new scheduler, then read information on rebasing.

There is a toggle in the latest HHD, for LADV, is this functioning or just Placebo at the moment?

Should be functional, yeah.

This does not seem all that possible on an HTPC setup. Can’t switch back to game mode with terminal running and HHD does not work outside of compatible handhelds yet.
