Hello,

I’m new to Linux and am setting up Bazzite on a secondary machine to get used to it before I fully convert. I have a KVM that I’m using to swap between my daily driver and the bazzite machine. I know all parts of the KVM works because the last machine I had mounted in this slot had no issues.

My problem is that the video and keyboard work just fine but the mouse does not. The kvm uses a single usb a to carry the keyboard and the mouse signal. I’m assuming that there is somewhere to detangle this in the settings or something that needs to be installed but I need a breadcrumb to get me on my way. Any help would be appreciated.

I feel like an idiot. I booted the machine and it works fine now.

Leaving this here to remind people to always try the simple stuff first.
