# Improvements to GNOME power-profiles-daemon

Happy Holidays! Mario Limonciello has submitted a patch to GNOME’s power-profiles-daemon to allow both the CPU and platform drivers to work at the same time. This hasn’t been merged yet but @kylegospo tried it and enabled it in Bazzite, so we’re going to test it out in Bluefin also.
