But for me it started working —again— after rebasing Bluefin to latest (i.e. 39).
Though, different from Bluefin Administrators Guide on upgrading, I had to use
rpm-ostree rebase ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/bluefin-dx:latest
